the location was quite central, offering easy access to many places.

The room was a real letdown. It seemed like a basement. the window faced a small, interior courtyard, so almost no natural light came in. They don't show how dark the rooms actually are! plus, there was a weird smell coming from the bathroom that was seriously off-putting.

location is good as it is so close to all you need. having breakfast is always a plus and it was good. soft drinks is always available throughout the day. water is always available throughout the day too.

one of the receptionist, she was very rude. our first room had no windows. the second room had windows but only looking out onto a tiny courtyard.

the hotel had a superb city centre location. it was very easy to access the main shopping areas directly from the hotel. i found the staff to be both friendly and helpful. the location was very central to all attractions.

the air conditioning emitted a musty smell, not very pleasant.

the room faced an inner courtyard , so there was little natural light. a persistent musty smell permeated everything , which was particularly unpleasant. the staff seemed stretched thin , particularly during breakfast. the food ran out quickly , and nobody seemed to notice , let alone bother to replenish it.

The room felt a bit underwhelming for the price i paid. the natural light was minimal because of a poorly positioned window. also , i found the noise isolation quite poor . I could hear sounds from the patio and reception clearly , this affected my sleep quality .
